What internet speed do you need for Zoom?

Zoom lists separate upload and download requirements for each active endpoint. The current catalog uses 1.8 Mbps down and 2.6 Mbps up for a 720p group call, and 3.0 Mbps down and 3.8 Mbps up for 1080p.
