What guides our work
We prefer direct answers, primary sources, visible limitations, and tools that let readers change the assumptions. We do not add pages only to target slight variations of the same search.
- Official values are kept separate from site-derived planning values.
- Calculator changes must pass locked tests before publication.
- A page does not claim product testing or professional review unless it occurred and can be identified truthfully.
Editorial and commercial separation
The site currently carries no advertisements, provider recommendations, paid placements, or affiliate links. If commercial relationships are added later, they will not control calculation values, evidence labels, or source selection.
Authorship and review
Public author and reviewer details appear only after real identity, role wording, scope, and permission are configured. An absent byline is not replaced with a fictional expert or an implied external review.
