Service, resolution, and frame rate matter

NVIDIA and PlayStation publish different requirements for their modes. The catalog uses conservative cross-service profiles derived from those official values. Select the closest resolution; do not treat a 720p requirement as a 4K requirement.

Cloud gaming is not ordinary online gaming

A normal online game exchanges game state and usually uses far less throughput. Cloud gaming sends interactive video and is more demanding. Latency to the service, jitter, packet loss, Wi-Fi quality, and controller response remain separate from Mbps; NVIDIA's latency guidance applies to its own data centers, not every platform.
